Two Storey Side Extension, Essex

This development consisted of a part single, part two storey side extension and internal alterations.

We completed a full measured survey of the property and produced both the planning and building control plans for the development.

We also dealt with the Thames Water diversion agreement which was required to allow the scheme to go ahead.
